Lowkey have always felt that parents don't get needed therapy on changing their constant worrying. Worrying doesn't really do anything. Every form of media showcasing the "modern family" throws that "worrying" trope around like it's something to be followed.

Maybe I can say that because I'm not a parent, but I just can't accept that as the norm. It really shouldn't be. Worrying is fine, ok. You're human. Constantly being worried though? Like to what end?

Things can be better. Things can change. The desire to control what cannot be controlled and not being able to let go will be the reason for constant suffering.
