saldy I have to do things and procrastinate them. I get to work I end up doing completly unrelated things – I finally learned to do my financial accounting lol. And the more I push one thing, the harder it gets to follow other important things, like workout.

It's annoying and hard. losing day after day to procrastination and or headaches and sleepyness from too many thoughts at night makes it even harder.

I know I am on a good track and need a few days until the system starts working again, but sometimes it just feels bad when 2 days in a row you fail to meet any goals.

Also fuck headaches and insomia, literally unnecessary debuffs. And they make handling my adhd so much worse.

i get headaches frequently too. they derail many of my days...

i think a lot of them are related to my sleep's quality/position/envir., etc. and those are also affected by my consumption amount & consum. timing of sugar, caffeine, certain meds, blue light, noise, videos, etc etc etc

let's keep trying! I'm rooting for you!

I have migraine and a protein degraded substance called tyramin is the culprit for me. It's actually quite comman as a migraine trigger, I wonder why it's not talked about more.

Have you ever noticed a connection with cheese or salami or red wine? It was quite hard for me to connect because the migraine only gets triggered after I already had brainfog for a week or so, but tyramine also is responsible for the brainfog. And it's in every damn food but in varying amounts. Like I'd eat some cheese, get brainfog, eat canned beans, leftovers, some processed shit and then a week later I get a migraine from cheese.

Anyways these headaches I had were lack of sleep and autumn weather.

that's really interesting. i didn't know about the connection to that substance.

red wine does give me powerful headaches and neck pain within a few minutes. many types of alcohol do also, to lesser degrees than red wine.

until this moment, I'd forgotten how similar that pain pattern is to my migraines. I'll try to discuss with my doctor. Thanks!

two rough days in a row can make it feel like everything is broken, when really you just need a few easier ones. the headaches and bad sleep on top of it make it so much harder. be kind to yourself while the system spins back up.
