I mean, pre-order bonuses for the remake of Ocarina of Time (on Switch 2) vary on region: Japan gets bonus art cards, stickers and a paper stand while both the UK and some EU countries gives buyers spiritual stones (France has a wallet) & Canada gets a N64 slipcover for the game. The only thing "universal" for pre-order bonuses is the textured foil cover, other than that: the USA doesn't have anything unique given to people there.

Why is America being treated badly?

i mean this is it. there are so many tarriffs and weird finacial penalties, its just easier not to.

and i never had to do this before but these times call for it. get out and vote. someone here on lemmy said "voter polls are psyops" and i agree. people say, "no way trump csn win i dont need to vote". "the voter polls say democrats will take over congress, i am not worried, i dont need to vote".. it only works uf we all vote. so please pleas, next month.. vote.

again, being this pushy is not normal for me but hopefully everyone here can appreciate why.

Yeah it was kind of funny seeing people complain about the DK Challenge cards not being available in Europe. Like, you guys get steelbooks for every major release. I wish I could get those steelbooks, not on ebay for the price of the game itself.

I guess if you like steelbooks. Personally, I think steelbooks are pretty lame though, even by preorder bonus standards. What am I supposed to do with a second game box?

Nintendo has basically always favored the Japanese market. This isn't unexpected.

  • Who cares? Nintendo is as backwards as the rest of Japan. If you buy their products, you have no one to blame but yourself.
