I’m curious about the experience of other people.

I check Reddit content through my RSS feed and r/books is one of these subreddits in my RSS. I’ve lately seen an influx of books about Palestinian people and the Palestinian cause which I find great. However, I noticed that the comments are immensely dislike regards it and some even hateful towards anything Pro-Palestinian and go very much pro-Israel.

It is as if the pro-Israel propaganda accounts have made their way into the r/books subreddit. I can give an thread example if needed though. The community over there seems so much more hostile and I don't even participate, just lurk lol.

I was wondering whether some of you also noticed this if you are still lurking there.

Note: was not sure in which community to post. This one or the other one in lemmy.world. So apologies if this one was not the correct one.

Reddit has long been compromised by zionists and hasbara accounts. It is not a safe space for leftists.

I've been shadow-banned after referring to the DPRK as The Best Korea in an pretty tiny subreddit.

  • Nope. Got banned for suggesting the Trump-Epstein class and anyone else who preys upon children face serious jail time. I don't believe in trying to get around bans. And I wouldn't want to go there anyway, given the people they let in, the company they choose to keep.

We are 18 days away from one of the most consequential U.S. midterms elections. Expect the entire internet to be overrun with partisan bot slop.
