Is the bootloader unlockable or is this more locked down spyware pretending to be a tablet?

To me 240Hz display for a tablet that aims for gaming is kind of wasted money and tech. And a resolution of 2,304 × 1,440.

Does it play Windows games? Switch 2 games?? What Android games are people playing yearning for 240hz?
