Laughs in vibe coded rust static with a misaligned div and unsalted passwords

php is stored in the balls
Funny. Just before the php nonsense I switched from Ghost to a static Astro site.
I got really frustrated because I got locked out of Ghost. They started to require email 2fa but have no support for TOTP.
I had Mailgun setup for password resets but it doesn't use it for 2fa. So it now has a hard dependency on an SMTP server.
Between that and dropping SQLite / Postgres support for only MySQL is the opposite of simple and reliable. For a one person personal blog it's not the right tool.
Ole Ribbit Dick Jimmy is going to be upset he can't watch his favourite frog porn, you know the one where the frog sticks the entire length of his tongue in the other frogs ass and it distended the other frog's throat bulge thing.
Tell me more...
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
That's about all I know, however I'll gladly tell you all about my brother's grandson's best friend's dentist's favourite movie. It's Harry Potter and the urine filled dick. It's about this boy magician at some kind of British school for the dumb and he wakes up with a serious piss boner but all of the bathrooms are being magically sealed by some evil asshole, so he tries to relieve himself into a cup but a magical plug forms on his pee hole and he can't get it out. He spends the entire movie reading all these magical tomes to try and find a way to break the spell because he's just so goddamn uncomfortable. In the end he dies because his bladder explodes but thanks to all the magic he learned his piss explosion breaks all the magical seals in the world and somehow also cures bladder cancer, but only for dogs. For some reason it didn't work on humans so I think they'll probably explain that in the sequel.
Be me, build a static website, but use PHP on the backend as a way of making easily updatable templates for each page...
I only use it to only refer to one fucking menu to use across my site.
My hosting is down but my website is down up. I'm getting concerned.
Edit : all back.
Can you do the menu with JavaScript?
I mean, I can do fucking anything with Javascript, but the point is
- what's the minimal effort I can use to just replace <?php include menu.php>
- What about people like @KernelTale@programming.dev who have JS off? I should be able to do some kind of replacement using just HTML or something that doesn't use Iframes or whatever.
I'm sure there are just right solutions to this, but I'm too busy with a shitload of other things I have to keep on top of.
Hey, no need to use JS, but if all you want is a menu, here's how I do it. As easy as PHP.
<body><script src="header.js"></script>
I used to build my homepage with make and it'd just cat head.html $@ tail.html or something for each of the actual pages
I'm just happy when I go to a site and all the source for the page is 1st party.
