Excuse my ignorance, but what does MS-13 mean?
It's a Californian street gang. The current US administration has taken to rounding up people they don't like and deporting them without due process on the basis that they are members of MS-13, using highly dubious interpretations of innocuous things which they claim are secret MS-13 codes (like in my comment).
How insidious! The two standing in for the three is particularly damning. They think us all fools! Thank you for breaking that down for us, we truly are surrounded on all sides.

How many playing card packs have you been opening? Generally you want to optimise your deck by cutting it down but I have had a good run with a big deck build with the right jokers to make it work.
