https://www.xmg.gg/en/ German brand, with options to get a pre-installed Linux OS. Easy to fix and to upgrade

Schenker is German and has some ridiculously specc'd laptops. But be ready to pay through the nose.

Like, I'm talking 200Hz 16:10 4k+ screens with 5090s and up to 256 GB of RAM.

Slimbook: https://slimbook.com/creative

They sell Linux laptops, though you also can choose to dualboot their Linux distro with Windows.

Bought my Lenovo Legion 5 in 2022, IIRC. It's Chinese, which isn't ideal at the moment, but I do love everything it offers.

To your question, at least not american and my best laptop so far. Still holding on strong, both for gaming and work software.

MSI. Very good gaming laptops.
