Doubtful the administration will follow the rules set by the judge. They no longer care about following the law.

Welcome to the News community!
Rules:
1. Be civil
Attack the argument, not the person. No racism/sexism/bigotry. Good faith argumentation only. This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban. Do not respond to rule-breaking content; report it and move on.
2. All posts should contain a source (url) that is as reliable and unbiased as possible and must only contain one link.

3. No bots, spam or self-promotion.
Only approved bots, which follow the guidelines for bots set by the instance, are allowed.
4. Post titles should be the same as the article used as source.
Posts which titles don’t match the source won’t be removed, but the autoMod will notify you, and if your title misrepresents the original article, the post will be deleted. If the site changed their headline, the bot might still contact you, just ignore it, we won’t delete your post.
5. Only recent news is allowed.

6. All posts must be news articles.

If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.
They kind of have to since Jeffery Goldberg published the texts in full ... which makes this funny as hell when you think about it.
Until i aee any evidence that anybody wants to enforce the Constitution, i conclude the next move is removal of the judge. Or maybe he'll fall out a window.
It's that bad folks. Our remaining politicians and law enforcers need to take this seriously. Shit got real months ago.
I'd rather wait and see what happens.
I for one wouldn't be at all surprised if the next move is something along the lines of "the party told you what to believe" kind of thing.
Wouldn’t the only form available be the screenshots? They started the thread with 1hr disappearing messages.
Edit: 1 week, but still
Wouldn’t the only form available be the screenshots?
Except everything that was said after Goldberg left the chat. That's probably all already deleted.

This alone should be sufficient evidence to send these fucknuts to prison.
Exactly, yet they're futzing aound like there's no known way to deal with this behavior. This is why i think all the outrage is theater to keep us all believing things will work out until there is nothing anybody can do about it.
Then they will be free to disappear any undesirables unhindered.
Wouldn’t the only form available be the screenshots?
Correct, if you can't see it on the screen it might as well not exist as far as a digital forensic examination goes. At least when it comes to the message content.
heavy deleting intensifies
"I order you not to digest that meal you ate 2 weeks ago!"
The messages were set to delete after 1 week, how exactly does this Judge think they can comply? Invent a time machine?
Yeah, I bet they're already gone.
But here's where we leave checkers behind and go to chess: that's the point. The regs demand those convos persist as a record.
3d chess? "Please produce records of previous conversations where" ... and name some monumental decisions which should have a lot of ancillary chatter but now has no record.
You can't see the whole iceberg, but I predict someone just turned on the sonar to see what's down there.
