These forests do look better, but it's very tedious to draw individual triangles.

Also, I probably should have shaded each one of them.

    Yeah, me too. ;) I think there's at least something worth learning.

    I'll usually avoid creating a new post with very basic tests such as this one... forest types

    ... so for my latest tests, I still try to finish something.

    What's scaring the ridge so much? It sure is screaming a lot! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

    Jokes aside, I really like it! I don't think the trees need shading, with how small they are they don't have the same depth that the ridge does. Love the shading on that though!

    Turns out I started these forest tests because I was trying this type of mountain ridge style and I'm trying to find a tree style that goes along nicely.
