It only seemed fitting to have Lemmy himself as the icon.

Spotify's shuffle hadn't served me up The Ripper in quite some time and I felt like listening to it, that's when I noticed the "content was not available" anymore. Luckily the old version of the album is still available (or perhaps they switched them out).

It's bad enough Jugulator and Demolition aren't on there, and I'm already not the biggest Spotify fan. Very annoying stuff.

Usually due to copyright / contractual reasons. Have you tried using a vpn set to a different country?

Neat idea, can't believe I didn't think of that. Unfortunately, didn't work in my case.

Yeah I noticed this too. Not too much of a loss like you said, since the old version is still available.

What annoys me more, is two albums that I absolutely love, keep getting added and removed a bunch. Except they haven't been added back in a while, and I'm not sure they are going to return (╥﹏╥) . In case you are interested, the albums are: Evildead - Annihilation of Civilisation; Nuclear Assault - Survive.

Bear in mind however, the usual cause of this issue is typically either a licencing issue or the decision of the record label, so it isn't always black and white as to where the blame rests.

doubledouble.top rip your fav albums/songs and save them locally!

Aye, was thinking of either doing this, or buying them on vinyl, once I have the funds.

I'm also noticing Cerebral Rot's stuff keeps having the switch flipped on/off for them too, ffs.
