Hbo, Apple, Amazon and Hulu not on the list but Hallmark channel is?

(i don’t know who is owned by what but some of those are independently bigger anyways)

HBO

Warner Brothers Discovery.

Apple

Might not make the list, but also confusingly might not be "TV".

Amazon

Is listed.

Hulu

Technically fully owned by Disney at this point.

That all being said it's hard to actually learn anything from this data. Any statement made has a lot of open questions.

thats because you find all the clips of most media on youtube, without actually paying for streaming services.

Not clear to me exactly what they mean by 'TV viewing'. Is this limiting YouTube numbers just to content like television shows and movies, or just when viewed on a streaming device like a stick or a smart TV?

Any way you slice it, feels very apples to oranges to me. My use cases for watching YouTube videos is such a different experience from sitting down and watching a show or a movie. At the end of the day, I guess it all competes for the same attention though /shrug

Yeah I feel like there are no real piracy options for YouTube like there is for tv shows and movies
