There is nothing you've said that can't be applied to virtually every decision he's made since getting back into office. Plenty of it is grift. Most of it is fulfilling the wishes of giant corporations and the GOP. It just so happens that the interests of those two groups almost never align with those of the American citizens or even his most ardent supporters.

I envy you people. I'm so sensitive to caffeine I'm only able to have a single cup per day and it has to be before 11am or I'll take hours to get to sleep at night. Other daytime caffeinated drinks like soda and tea are off the table altogether.

Wouldn't it also be pertinent that we store a lot of waste plastic with our other plastics? I mean, our landfills are pitri dishes for a massive variety of microbes to have a go at consuming plastic. Compared to a much less diverse population of those that would have been around at the time to learn to consume wood.
Even handing some out to customers for free is a better idea than throwing food away.
