You seem like a good example of the "skeptical hedonist" Hank Green recently spoke of. You're skeptical of the necessity of handwashing and the problem of splashback only because it's inconvenient for you to wash your hands after having a piss and you don't want to do it. Even though we'd all very much like you to wash your hands, and some kind of proper hand washing after toilet visits is generally recommended without exception. If you'd rather not wash your hands with the sinks and soaps and paper towels supplied on location, the sensible solution is to wash your hands with a different method like bringing your own hygiene supplies. The sensible solution is not to simply not wash your hands.

Now, if you've read that I'm pretty sure you'll agree with my first statement, that a conversation with me would not change your behavior.

So I hope you seek to actually understand this, instead of just dismissing the problem out of hand. Maybe you'll find some studies, maybe send an email to either someone who researches cleaning and hygiene, or a urologist, or something. They might not be the right person, but they might be able to point you in the right direction. I've heard researchers are often very willing to share what they know with inquirers.
