Which is my point. How can he win the country when he can’t even win the democrats? He can’t. You may not like it but it’s a fact, unless you’re living in a n alternate universe where he was actually the nominee. Otherwise you’re just getting mad at me stating facts, which is why I say anyone who is still talking about Bernie in 2025 is a cultist. Facts make you mad, the fact that he’s like 90 and I mention it makes you mad. Everything outside the Bernie bubble makes you mad = cult permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 1 child comment replies: [+] natecox@programming.dev 3 points 1 year ago* (last edited 2 weeks ago) [deleted] permalink fedilink source parent [–] timbuck2themoon@sh.itjust.works 1 point 1 year ago 2016 he was screwed, sure. But in 2020 he lost fair and square. He couldn't win even among the Democrats. Saying this as someone who went and voted for him in that year in the primary. For as popular as he is he didn't win when he could've. I think people just don't want to admit that no matter how individually popular he is or how well those policies poll that America won't vote for him or it. Either due to apathy or laziness or stupidity or whatever. I'd love to be wrong but that appears to be the conclusion. permalink fedilink source parent
