If another revolution were to happen in France, the railway unions, who have mobile sausage grill trolleys that roll along tram tracks to feed protest marchers, would presumably be entrusted with guillotine logistics

I was referring to the utility of railway tracks for transporting bulky objects when one has the means to use them. And if grills, then why not guillotines?
Were the revolution to take the idea of eating the rich literally, one could attach a woodchipper behind the guillotine in place of the traditional basket. Though eating unpopular rulers may be more a Dutch tradition than a French one.
