I think their point is that they just go into tangentially different workflows and do work you didn't ask them to or need them to do.

    Yeah. My point though is that's on purpose. The tools being built are not meant to help workers. It's meant to replace them. Which it can't really do. Which is why none of this makes sense and everyone is flailing.
