While somewhat unrelated (?), I recently asked the President of South Korea if they would like to join us in the Denuclearization of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and they said, "No thanks!"

I can't help but wonder if he's doing this out of pettiness because the president of Occupied Korea didn't go along with everything he wanted. But the material analysis is probably the more accurate one and his petulant stuff is more for show in this case.
