Not me, but then again I regularly swallowed 40 robitussin gelcaps at once freshman year.

Now, I do have one pill that always gets stuck in my throat, but that's probably because either the filler or medication absorbs fluid very quickly.

    You could try coating it with softened butter or other edible fat/oil, it’ll break down in your stomach fine but keep liquid from absorbing so fast on the way down.

    Or do like for animals and coat it in cheese! :p

    Hello, dysphagia sufferer here. Some things that help:

    • Maple syrup (sugar free, refrigerated)
    • Greek yoghurt
    • Gloup - shelf stable so you can have it on your bedside table or wherever
