Hits on the head are a roll of the dice: nothing, concussions, death are all options…

I got a super bad concussion when I fell and hit the back of my head on some concrete a while back. It took nearly three weeks for my symptoms to go away. I got really lucky I didn't get anything more serious. We were concerned that I permanently damaged my occipital lobe because my visual issues were not improving. Thankfully I got better, but goddamn. I can't imagine a brain injury as severe as that guy's. It's terrifying.

This is the UK, there aren't any medical bills. He should and likely will be made to lay for loss of earnings and any additional support he might need.
