I think the tipping should be dealt away with. Instead something like: vehicle value, insurance cost, vehicle depreciation, maintenance, fuel costs, idle vehicle use time, "acts of god"--traffic accident delays, unexpected failures (wrong orders basically); should be factored into the pay instead of hoping for tips.

Then again none of this would exist if that was done.
