Emissions from Israel’s war in Gaza have ‘immense’ effect on climate catastrophe

First months of conflict produced more planet-warming gases than 20 climate-vulnerable nations do in a year, study shows

The vast majority (over 99%) of the 281,000 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2 equivalent) estimated to have been generated in the first 60 days following the 7 October Hamas attack can be attributed to Israel’s aerial bombardment and ground invasion of Gaza, according to a first-of-its-kind analysis by researchers in the UK and US.

How it's going:

It’s something the country needs to figure out how to deal with — and will, he added. “It’s a fair estimation that this will not be a once-in-a-lifetime kind of event … you can assume that this will occur more and more through climate change.”

As the planet heats up, driven by humans burning fossil fuels, the oceans are changing. Temperatures are at record highs, currents are shifting and stronger storms wash more pollutants into the water, including sewage and fertilizers, which can trigger huge algae blooms.

Consequences of actions.

Do the power players on Team Blue have a secret fresh water source? I've never been not dumbfounded that these ministers of Death and Destruction keep destroying potable water sources, like they don't need water to drink.

Is this actually real or is it a cover for Iran destroying them?
