sometimes for just a moment i resent non-communists because they get to be stupid and unaware of the greater evils of the world. i know i know it’s not a personal issue and we SHOULD feel uncomfortable because the system NEEDS to be changed but it still sucks. just a few minutes ago i was taking a shit and looking up why people look down on blue collars workers. i got into a bit of a rabbithole about how corporate workers also have it reallllyyy bad but they shame blue collar workers to feel better and i got overwhelmed because 1. we need to have empathy for corporate workers too 2. we need to unite workers of all kinds against the actual threat and started to think about the magnitude of said task. everyday its like this and it feels so lazy to even say i would like a mental break because the system doesnt take a break ever.

0.000% of Communism has been built. Evil child-murdering billionaires still rule the world with a shit-eating grin. All he has managed to do is make himself sad. He is starting to suspect Kras Mazov fucked him over personally with his socio-economic theory. It has, however, made him into a very, very smart boy with something like a university degree in Truth. Instead of building Communism, he now builds a precise model of this grotesque, duplicitous world.
How not to lose? It is impossible not to. The world is balanced on the edge of a knife. It’s a game of frayed nerves. You’re pushed on by numbers and punitive measures: pain, rejection, and unpaid bills. You can either play or you can crawl under a boat and waste away — turn into salt or a flock of seagulls. Your enemies would love that. Or you can fight. The only way to load the dice is to keep on fighting. (The Precarious World thought, Disco Elysium)
I can't reply directly to opiumfree's comment, so I'll reply here.
I think the wage difference also helps create class division. Like, managers are workers, but since they tend to receive higher wages and have to measure workers on useless metrics, they aren't seen well by white collar workers.
