Okay. I will. Voting is like a chess game; you make the right move at the right time.

That aside, if voting really made a difference, they’d ban it.

I like how it’s always just “vote” never what or who to vote for, just the singular act of “voting” is going to solve all of our problems as if it’s a magic lever that immediately vanquishes whatever ills society may have. Never mind if someone votes “wrong” just the mere act of “voting” is all that’s needed.

Democracy for workers begins and ends at the ballot box; it comes and goes in a moment. For the bourgeoisie and capital, it remains an unchallenged, continuous process with hardly a temporal break.

Democracy for workers isn't a process that grants us the ability to interact with our material world at every stage of development and guide it to conditions favorable to us. Democracy for the bourgeoisie exists in precisely this manner, that is why they can achieve what they want.

Actually, sensible reaction to most of societal ills. We're gonna need a lot more people like this if you want anything to get done. From my experience, a lot of orgs need more "head-crackers".

Nevermind then, be as unhinged as you want. It's not like I don't get the feeling myself from time to time (and by "from time to time" I mean when I see anything that even slightly damages my psyche).

It's all about timing. Doing this in front of a bunch of new reps from the org you're working with probably isn't a good idea. I think people should be free to be unhinged on boards or in familiarity with other comrades.

One of the best ways I've turned death threats around is being equally as unhinged and sending them photos of their family or close friends. Doesn't take long to de-anonymize these days. We all can fuck around, can't we?

Then there's rampant xenophobia towards foreigners pointing out how little sense this makes.
