The UN is a joke anyway. They didn't step up to stop putin on Ukraine, they didn't step up to stop nathenyauh on Palestine and they're not stepping up to stop the US in Iran. They.are.worthless.

I remember in high school 20 years ago having to write an essay about how the League of Nations failed because it couldn't stop the Italian invasion of Abyssinia. Well if that's the case the wtf is the UN still doing here? Why are we all pretending that the Security Council and veto power benefit the world in any way?

If any leaders had guts they would create a new UN without the veto and exclude the US, UK, France, Russia, China, and Israel from it

Stephen Miller and Russel Vought, besides being cowardly, fascist pricks, are also cringe, world-class trolls.

This is as much “ha ha fuck the libtards” as it is a play for right-wing U.N. domination.

I mean are they not succeeding?

And we're early. They're still figuring out what works and doesn't.

We aren't early though. They've been working on this since the Nixon administration, including corrupting other countries like Canada. MAGA was the gasoline they needed for their fire.

I hope they've started to peak now that people see how incompetent they are at actually governing. But I'm not optimistic considering all the idiots who still want to vote for their ilk in Western Europe and Central/South America

Somehow they think fascism will work out for them even though it's been an abysmal failure everywhere else.

Well this settles the question. Trump isn't the kind of puppet on strings, he's the kind of puppet with a hand up his ass.

Orban used public Hungarian companies to fund GOP/Trump campaigns. A trait of demonized European parties is that they oppose US and NATO.

while there were several reasons to object Orbán as an apologist for Russian President Vladimir Putin and others, as he is “the dream MAGA-conservative candidate,” due to his track record of blocking “mass migration, liberal NGOs, and Hungary’s left-leaning courts and press.”

According to another source, he was keen on the idea but would only put himself forward if he was confident of winning.

Maybe don't nominate a snowflake then?

He needs diplomatic immunity. Three of his former cabinet members were arrested recently.

Doubt the UN despite its many times supporting imperialism is this far gone.
