The thing that pisses me off about shit like that the MOST is that ivermectin has genuine uses for humans, and really good ones at that - but shit like that gives it a bad light.

Why the fuck do I bother with learning a marketable skill when the real skill I should be learning is how to scam dumb people.
Perhaps this is what Musk means when it says that empathy is bad.
If your goal is to maximise your own personal wealth, then empathy really is a hindrance. But I put to you that maximising money is not a goal worth devoting a lifetime to. And perhaps not scamming dumb people is a valuable way to act regardless.
(This is essentially what motivated the Quakers to push for set prices for goods rather than constant bartering. They believed that dump people should still be able to go to a shop and buy stuff without getting ripped off. I'd say that moral position has made the world a slightly better place.)

The Quakers are pretty based, to put it in a term they wouldn't understand. They also are pacifists and don't let priests tell them what God actually meant to say.

I think you're right. I just learned that on this thread. It changed my perspective a little. I'll be scrutinizing pundits a little more closely when they spout oxymorons. I thought they were being more sloppy than malicious.
Also keep an eye out for people complaining about "globalists" and "coastal elites" because you'll find that the majority of the time, that means Jews.

So I provided an example of that, taken up a notch.
Giving someone a medication without their knowledge is dangerous and a poisoning attempt, period, no matter how harmless you consider it.
Legally, totally agreed.
...but if you were so inclined to want to cause someone harm through poisoning, you'd have chosen really badly if you chose ivermectin.
