Seriously. At first I wondered if this was a gag like the Pac Man movie trailer a while back.
Can it just be 100 minutes of car chases and crashes and shit? Like if there was zero dialogue, I'd be OK with it. Michael Bay can do car chases, and that's what the OutRun game was. No story, no deeper meaning, just recklessly driving a red testarosa around Southern California.
It will be that but also a 15 minute discussion on age of consent
Yeah, you're right, but this is why I don't want dialogue. Just vroom vroom kersh-splode. "Aktually, I keep a copy of the Romeo and Juliet law in my wallet cause-" No. Stop it. Bad Michael. No talking. Just cars driving and crashing.
I want a movie adaptation of the ET video game
I loved that game as a kid. It never occurred to me that having to reset the game because I fell down a hole was bad design
Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie (2014)
the soundtrack will be arpeggiated synths for days.
They should do a Pole Position movie first
This might work, it might not. Didn't Hasbro licence out their board games for movie adaptations, thats how we got Battleships. I remember this because I'm sure someone bought the film rights for Monopoly.
{hurries to buy rights to Elevator Action}
If this exists only to capture that brief moment of bliss while driving along the coast to Passing Breeze, I’ll watch it.
What's next? A burger time movie
