If they went straight to legal it means they legit don't know how to stop it. That's pretty damning for them.

First step would be to analyze the hack and the patch it so that the bypasses no longer work. I'm guessing the hack exposes a serious flaw.

    the company claims that the accused bypassed its Anti-Tamper technology in at least 26 PC games and is seeking monetary damages as well as a court order that would prevent further tampering of its DRM

    Considering that the main product they shill obviously doesn't work, I wouldn't keep my hope up on them figuring anything out

    Standard corporate America right there. You proved our product is a sham and worthless? How dare you we'll sue you out of existence!

    God forbid they step back and rethink their product.
