Keeping aside the obvious hazard, what exactly was going on in this guys head? How does putting tank inside doors help?

    Ff I think I get it. Do they think fuel tank needs to be in door so they can take the nossle and fuel it from inside?

    Bruh firstly, you don't need to put the entire fuel tank in the door for that. Secondly, it's pretty stupid to think grabbing anything outside the car while being inside the car is going to be a comfortable experience.

    Yeah, but the exact same effect can be achieved by just having the intake to fill the tank on the door and then a hose down to the fuel tank since you would need a hose going that way anyway since it if wasn't from the intake to the tank it would be from the tank to the engine.

    That's gotta be amongst the worst "solutions" imaginable for that convenience "problem".
