You laugh, but they absolutely could mandate viewing by members of the military. Even those who are on leave or have a valid excuse could be made to watch the recording later. I've seen dumber (maybe?) orders come down.

Guess that could make it a lot easier across the services for separating members to legitimately claim PTSD upon discharge for VA disability benefits.
