I know what that guy's name means thanks to Dexter's Laboratory.

This episode is a master class in trolling French speakers decades down the line (it should be "omelette au fromage"/omelet with cheese. "Omelette du fromage" means omelet of cheese)

Jean-Luc Fromage is a fantastic name for a parody account

I hope this isn't a planetary alignment situation

Don’t forget your 8 glasses of gravy per day! All part of a balanced American diet

Not sure this should be on a shitpost sub. If I’m eating that much cheese a day, I’m not doing anything close to shitting for a good few weeks

Is this a photo where the cheese wears camouflage or something? I'm trying really hard.

It's very hard to say this, it really pains me, but... Here it goes... I agree with the French guy.

    (I'm Dutch)

These comments are blowing my mind. Are people just pretending that this isn’t a humorous post?

No, Americans do not eat 90 lbs of cheese per day. She was making a joke.

You know what? Unpopular opinion time.

Cheddar is a god-tier cheese and puts European cheese to shame.

It can be made sharp or mild, hard or creamy, white or yellow,. It easily melts in a perfect way. It keeps incredibly well. Pairs well with almost everything. It can be improved by aging or smoking (and holy shit if you have not tried a good smoked cheddar you are missing out on life).

You can take any fancy, high-end cheese and there is some variant of cheddar that can go toe-to-toe with it.

The only reason it's snubbed as common and low-quality is because it's cheap and used so ubiquitously. But the reason for that is because, again, cheddar is a god-tier cheese.

And yes, I know cheddar was first created in England, but the US is responsible for industrializing and popularizing it.
