    Of note, the person labeled "Nephew" in this chart has 2 cousins. "Cousin", but also "You".

    It's entirely possible they were former roommates, but Helmet was too embarrassed Lone Star didn't recognize him so he tried to downplay their past connection.

    Yeah there are a few scenarios:

    1. You, Nephew, Cousin are all different people (see above)
    2. You / Nephew are the same person (in which case it's your Cousin's roommate)
    3. You + Nephew are different people, but Cousin might map back onto You, (in which case it's your old roommate)

    Number 2 depends entirely on the gender of the reader
