Best thing about these ultra specific rules is that there had to be someone who did it before the rule was in place.

Elephants are not allowed to walk free in the streets of Chicago, and barbers are not allowed to consume a bottle of Jack Daniels before going to work. I assume a bottle of anything else is fine.
I feel like if there was a venn diagram, the circles for "Would send a condom back to the manufacturer in the mail" and "Would read the instructions on the box" wouldn't touch at all.
